Ruby Red Travel planned me and my friend group’s 14-day cruise on the Mediterranean. The travel agency led by La’Tressa Lane and Theresa McFadden provided timely individualized support to all of us. Their resort recommendations were spot on, everything was beautiful and the shore excursions they coordinated were amazing!!! Both were on hand to answer questions before, during and after the trip and handled last minute changes and any hiccups with ease. This included working with a member of the group that had to make last minute flight changes to arrive from the US to a different city in Europe later in the cruise to make the boat! I was so grateful to have them to coordinate this international trip for us.

Offers professional travel services, with a personal touch

Ruby Red Travel offers top notch service in the travel industry. Most customer service appear good if there are no challenges or problems; but how does the business or management respond when challenges happen. Out there control we miss a connecting flight, and our luggage was lost for days. They went above and beyond anything I would have expected to make sure we arrived in time for our cruise, retrieved our luggage, and continued to follow-up even after everything was resolved. I have never experienced such professionalism.
